The primary work of our service department is the maintenance of lift stations and other pumping equipment. Frequently our customers only understand that their system is malfunctioning and it is our job to determine the cause of the problem and correct it as soon as possible. Our Service crews will come to your site in full sized mechanics trucks professionally outfitted with crane, compressor, generator, safety equipment and plenty of tools. The trucks are also stocked with many of the materials needed to make on-site repairs.
Our crew will examine the pumps, control systems, sensors, power supply, check valves, gate valves, and other plumbing and will coordinate vacuum truck or line jetting service from the vendor of your choice if required. If one of the pumps needs a shop repair we will pull it and bring it back to our shop to be estimated. We can provide a temporary replacement pump from our extensive rental inventory if you wish. If more extensive repairs that must be performed onsite are uncovered, the crew chief will get the necessary information and bring it to our office so that we can provide you with a quote.
If you are encountering expensive reoccurring maintenance problems, ask us to recommend a solution. We have a great deal of experience dealing with maintenance problems and can frequently offer a solution from the many products we represent. We find that more often than not, control problems are the source of lift station malfunctions and a control upgrade engineered by our control technicians is the solution. Ask about the Multitrode probe based controllers and what they can do in difficult applications.
We service what we sell and therefore we are also very involved in troubleshooting mixers, sewage grinders, generators, transfer switches and all electrical and mechanical aspects of our equipment lines.
