Shaft misalignment is one of the largest causes of premature failure in coupled pumping equipment. Misaligned equipment operates under excessive strain and results in accelerated wear, louder operation, and premature failure. It is a fact that misalignment contributes to more than 50% of excessive vibration in close-coupled rotating machinery.

We will provide a factory trained technician equipped with state-of-the-art Vibralign laser technology to align the pump and motor shafts to the closest tolerances possible. You will be provided with a written report documenting the actual alignment for your records.
